Booking and Payments

  1. Session Fees: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. This deposit will be applied toward your total session fee.

  2. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, or other methods discussed during booking. Full payment is due on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

  1. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session may incur a rescheduling fee.

  2. Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.

Session Timing and Arrivals

  1. Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, and late arrivals may result in a reduced session duration without a price adjustment.

  2. Session Length: Session durations are specified during booking. Any additional time requested may incur an extra fee, subject to photographer availability.

Weather and Emergencies

  1. Outdoor Sessions: In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.

  2. Emergencies: Life happens! If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.

Image Delivery

  1. Turnaround Time: Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe specified during your session agreement, typically within 2-3 weeks.

  2. Image Access: Final images will be delivered via an online gallery. Clients will have access to download high-resolution files and purchase prints.

Copyright and Usage

  1. Copyright: Uff Da Photography Co. retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a print release for personal use but may not edit, alter, or sell the images without written consent.

  2. Social Media: You are welcome to share your images online. Please credit or tag Uff Da Photography Co. when posting.

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (percentage specified in your contract) is required at the time of booking to secure your session. This deposit will be credited toward the total session cost.

  • Full Payment: The remaining balance is due on or before the date of your session. Failure to make payment on time may result in the cancellation of your session.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to avoid additional fees. If you need to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

  • Safety: The safety of all participants is a priority. Any dangerous behavior that could cause harm to individuals or damage to equipment will result in the termination of the session without refund.

 

4. Delivery of Images

  • Processing Time: Uffda Photography Co. will provide a timeline for the delivery of final edited images.    Typical delivery times range from 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the session and current workload. You will receive high-resolution digital files via a secure online gallery or USB (if specified, additional cost may be added).

  • Image Editing: Uffda Photography Co. reserves the right to edit and retouch images according to our professional standards. No unedited images (RAW files) will be delivered to clients unless explicitly agreed upon prior to the session.

  • Image Use: The images provided are for personal use only (for family, individual, or personal purposes). Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement. Clients may not edit, filter, or alter the final images in any way.

 

5. Copyright and Licensing​

  • Photographer's Rights: All images taken by Uffda Photography Co. remain the copyrighted property of Uffda Photography Co., even after delivery to the client. By booking a session, the client agrees that Uffda Photography Co. may use the images for marketing, promotional, or portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Client's Rights: Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to print and share their images online or with friends and family. Any further reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires explicit permission from Uffda Photography Co.

  • Supervision Requirement: A parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor at all times during the photography session. Uffda Photography Co. will not be responsible for the supervision of minors.
